Your ears will be examined to make sure they’re healthy and clear. If your ears are blocked with wax, you can relax: Ear cleaning can be done before your hearing test so you get the most accurate results.

The Hearing Assessment
This is the longest portion of the appointment, but also the most eye-opening. With various assessments chosen to fully understand your hearing health, you’ll be guided along every step of the way so you know exactly what’s going on in each assessment.

Your Results, Explained
You’ll get your results right away, explained in clear, simple language. If hearing loss is detected, you’ll learn about your options, including hearing aids if needed. You can ask as many questions as you like: This is all about you.
